In the coming weeks, we're making some minor changes, for one please ONLY LINK TO to the MAIN PAGE and NOT  the URL with the TYPEPAD address!! If you do you'll loose us and won't see new posts.  The reason for this change is because of our  websites design - The main page link will always point to where we are. It's official our friend's book is now translated into "English" grab it while you can  at  Cafepress, link here.  We are very delighted to have contributed to this enormous effort of exposing corrupt and morally bankrupt players in his country that have taken advantage of his generosity and that of the international community. Robert Biedron & Tomasz Baczkowski Partners In Crime Pt. 1 of 2

Poland’s gay community is just like any other gay community worldwide, same circus just different clowns. The difference is however the Polish mentalities remember that Poland society is accustomed to living under oppressions for centuries not just the recent past Russian overlords. Effectively their oppressors have used fear, threats and intimidation to keep the citizenry in-line. I am not an expert sociologist however I do know that the people although freely living in a thriving republic are merely only one generation removed from communism. I suppose the point is that to many prefer to be silent than to openly question persons they might suspect to be guilty of wrong doings especially if the individual is a public figure and has influence. And that is where this story begins with a emerging gay culture yearning for leadership. Mr. Szymon Niemiec established ILGCN Poland association in 2001 to coordinate the Equality Parade and to promote the Polish homosexual art culture. After years of facing difficult struggles, mostly solo against the abundant right-winged opposition in the very conservative country Szymon was displaying signals of slowing down – mostly physically. Sometime during the last months of 2004 Robert Biedron introduced Niemiec to Tomasz Baczkowski a Polish national living abroad in Germany. Baczkowski was not known within the Polish gay movement he was merely a personal friend of Robert Biedron. The two proposed to Mr. Niemiec the ideal of forming an alliance to support Equality Parade. Tomasz Baczkowski alleged during their first meeting that he was a member of the influential CSD Berlin (Christopher Street Day) and alluded to his ability to bring Western supporters also celebrities such as Madonna to Poland to aide in the efforts. Szymon was impressed and thought it could be a terrific alliance. The three gay activists eagerly filed the required registration paperwork and paid fees to the notary's office on 24 January 2005 in Warsaw, Poland. The foundations charter established the executive board; Szymon Niemiec's association ILGCN Poland, Lambda Warsaw and Robert Biedron's Campaign Against Homophobia association. It was decided at the time that Tomasz Baczkowski would serve as president of the board of the foundation. From the beginning of their association there were only two meetings of the Board of Directors. In one of those meetings Baczkowski explained that he was not able to arrange for any celebrities to appear at the 2005 parade because of their schedules. All other meetings about the parade were managed by him and board of foundation. Szymon Niemiec and the Board of Directors only participated in selecting a date for the 2995 parade. The parade was cancelled by the city government and a rally was held in its place for supporter’s downtown June 2005. Unfortunately personal tragedy struck Mr. Niemiec and in July 2005 he collapsed at his home and was rushed to the emergency room of a Warsaw hospital. After an exam by doctors he was admitted to the hospital and remained hospitalized until September 2005. Once he was released from the hospital he remained under doctors restrictions for convalescence at home until January 2006. During Szymon Niemiec hospitalization and reoperation Tomasz Baczkowski and Robert Biedron were actively working on the foundation and silently ignoring Szymon Niemiec and ILGCN Poland's legal status as co-founder of the foundation. The two men held meetings of the boards without notifications to either Szymon Niemiec or ILGCN Poland officers. Tomasz Baczkowski and Robert Biedron contacted many foreign donors collecting tens of thousands of dollars/ Euros which were reportedly deposited in Tomasz Baczkowski's personal bank account. Instead of investing the money raised in the 2005 rally, Equality Foundation allowed Robert Biedron’s association Campaign Against Homophobia to host a lavish V.I.P banquet and conference for their friends at an expensive Polish hotel. Szymon Niemiec and ILGCN Poland's officers were not invited nor did they participate in voting to approve this function. Only one gay journalist reported the extravagant banquet and the alienation of ILGCN Poland officers and Szymon Niemiec. It was Mr. Jacek Adler owner of Poland's largest web portal "GayLife" who sounded the alarm in 2005 while others remained silent. Lavish banquet: Read here and also here. Private bank account scandal: Read here. Tomasz Baczkowski and Robert Biedron became more arrogant as the moths passed. They allegedly also engaged in smearing Mr. Niemiec’s name to shore-up their control of Equality Foundation in the eyes of the public. They almost succeed with their treachery but Robert Biedron made a fatal mistake in March 2007 filing a false document in court in an attempt to alter the foundations charter removing Mr. Niemiec from the board of directors. In spring of 2006, Szymon Niemiec reached out to international friends to aide his efforts to return the gay festival back to the community. He needed strong voices and of course money to challenge Tomasz Baczkowski and Robert Biedron who were now in complete control of the foundations apparatus. He discover such in an American French Italian ally and now they aggressively present the truth supported by court documents that Tomasz Baczkowski and Robert Biedron are liars, charlatans, self promoting egomaniacs deserving to be denounced and rejected by anyone who is of the international LGBT community or its supporters. 30-September -2008 Editor of “GayLife” Poland. “THE CASE OF ROBERT B. - MINISTRY OF LABOR REQUESTS CLARIFICATIONS“…As mentioned previously - the police initiated an investigation into a criminal case concerning the submission of false statements by Robert Biedron - president of CAH (Campaign Against Homophobia). Joining others requested clarification of this case is the Ministry of Labor - the regulatory authority for Poland based associations and foundations. The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy has joined forces with the Ministry of Justice and the President of Warsaw (Mayor of Warsaw) demanding evidence from representatives of the Equality Foundation. Boycott Gay Pride 2009 In Poland - Join Us In Denouncing & Rejecting Mmers. Robert Biedron and Thomas Baczkowski

Seldom, if ever have we opposed - publicly - a fellow gay organization that advocates human rights.  However this is no ordinary affair. We are strongly of the opinion that the current officers of the Equality Foundation in Poland are neither deserving of our nor your support and nor should they receive it.  We are unanimous in this opinion. After reading our lead-in plus the links to Poland's leading gay website and its expose about this story, read the excerpts form Szymon Niemiec's autobiography "Rainbow Hummingbird On My Behind" following the jump. As we see it the probability that Warsaw, Poland won't have a gay pride in 2009 just became greater today at least not coordinated by Equality Foundation. This developing story  nor the  setback in preparations isn't due to outside forces but to internal bleeding of the Equality Foundation which  coordinates the annual event. Unscrupulous "professional homosexuals"  - you know the type all out for me, me, me and not us -- have too long operated unchecked and unchallenged.  This reminds us of a quote from 17th Century philosopher Edmund Burke who said, "All that is necessary for evil to prevail  is for good people  to do nothing."  As we've reported here previously the officers of the foundation are under investigation for FRAUD in Poland.  Read more here, and here (Use Google translator!) The court charges were filed by another gay association - not a conservative outside forces. Amazingly we've been sounding the alarms for sometime about the question behavior of Equality Foundation's officers.   The situation has the attention of the national Polish government and police and we have no empathy for the alleged perpetrators of the crimes - none.  The pending court case is based solely upon physical evidence. The brazen audacity of the officers to secretly remove gay activist  and co-founder of foundation Mr. Szymon Niemiec from its board of directors, who also created the Equality Parade (gay pride) in 2001 and in 2005 was convinced to join alliances with Robert Biedron and Thomas Baczkowski to create the foundation to manage the parade.  After which  Szymon became ill and and was hospitalized for several months and was in convalescence for 1 year. During that time Robert Biedron and Thomas Baczkowski excluded from participation in executive board meetings legally chartered and recognized co-founder ILGCN Poland associations representatives nor did they make any attempt to inform Mr. Niemiec himself about their activities concerning foundation. The Polish authorities have just disclosed  that the foundations officers completely ignored Polish laws since 2005 requiring a reporting of financial  documents plus minutes from the meetings and list of voting board members.  Apparently Robert Biedron and Thomas Baczkowski have some explaining to do not only to Polish gays but the international gay community.  LMGTS's call for a a boycott of a gay festival is unprecedented - but we feel it necessary as we've investigated these  allegations and spoken to the attorneys and reviewed documents. Robert for presenting false documents to alter foundations charter in court. Unlike most criminal or civil cases this one isn't based upon any rumors or gossip -testimony is not required required from defendants -- in fact we were informed yesterday by investigating police in Warsaw that the deposition by the defendants  (officers of foundation) has been given this week and not to our surprise they DO NOT have the resignation letter of Szymon Niemiec from board of directors. (If they did it would be challenged as a forgery and when proved the imprisonment penalty is  a lot more than the 5 years for  the current alleged offense.) The officers told the police that they "assumed"  Mr. Niemiec resigned - Bullshit - and apparently made a mistake. Which is too bad because regardless of misjudgment on their parts, they can only be declared GUILTY by judge when case reaches the judge. This case is interesting because we're involved in a manner of support for the victim Mr. Szymon Niemiec. In any case, we've been telling our readers for nearly 1 year that "something in Denmark smells rotten."  With some of your support you have helped propel Mr. Niemiec's story and its finally emerging as to his betrayal by certain individuals especially Robert Biedron and Thomas Baczkowski. The two of whom have orchestrated a grand manipulation of the Polish gay community and Mr. Niemiec for their own purposes - follow the money - they almost succeed but a false archived court document from 2007 has exposed them. Therefore it does not matter one iota what they say from this point forward these gentlemen have confirmed as lairs. Our friend Szymon Niemiec explained in detail his association  in his autobiography "Rainbow Hummingbird On My Behind" which LMGTS and our friends aided in publishing this past year. This being an election year with many twist and turns, we too have become captivated as the U.S.A is on the cusp of history. There are many things that we admire about the many political websites, but  in our biased opinion that 538 (Total number of USA Electoral College Votes for president Winner needs 270) is he absolute best. It also doesn't hurt that the resident mathematical guru is deliciously hot. We don't know his sexual preference however we'd  assume he's straight, and in our fantasias a "switch-hitter." Polish "Star's Factory" Contestant's Gay Porn Scandal Erupts (VIDEO) NSFW

Gossip magazines in Poland are sharing news about Mr. Marcin Szymanski - contestant of  the popular TV Show "Star's Factory" (Star Academy). Polish journalist discovered Marcin , who present himself as a hairdresser was also a porn actor  a few years ago. Thus far six videos featuring Marcin Szymanski are known in existence. Our friends at "GayLife" Poland's largest  gay web portal magazine reports here .  After two days of rumors Szymanski with tears swelling his eyes apologized for his "mistakes of youth" to viewers.  This weekend the editor of "GayLife" made a plea to gay Poles urging them to SMS a vote for the Marcin. (He survived - wasn't voted out, yet.) Marcin Szymaiski, videos are the rage now and we've uploaded a clip of his "talents"  for our readers. Download video here. It's Official Polish Gay Activist Under Investigation for Fraud

This "blacked-out" photo  used under the description of "Robert B."  by our friends at "GayLife" in the report today here  had to be explained to us. We know who it is and of course what  the announcement is about.  Okay, let us begin by explainning the photo, under Polish laws a "suspects" name and photo cannot be published when they are under official investigation - however up and until that point their identities can be  shared with the public. This law of course applies only to "Polish"  media. In another report a photo of the victim our friend Mr. Syzmon Niemiec was used "Polgei" here. We not being "Polish"  and our servers not on on Polish soils can identity the suspect. His name is Robert Biedron of "Campaign Against Homophobia" and "Equality Foundation."  We posted the initial criminal charges here and a follow-up here.(Post includes video and photos.) Sadly, the trail doesn't end with Robert Biedron  according to  reliable sources there are other conspirators that should also faces criminal charges and  any other legal penalties for gross negligence in managing the gay foundations and associations in Poland - and a few Polish homosexual journalist, that remained silent about this case and never questioned Robert Biedron and his associates handling of the foundation and utter arrogrance.  In a just society they too would receive 5 years for incompetence. George Michael Busted In WC - Again!

Arizona is NOT a racist state, nope, it's just too damn hot for some of us. Although the cowboys riding rough on the range and  spicy Latinos make the heat bearable for some of us too. Arizona State University is sort of expensive to attend although people from around the world enroll especially Northerners wanting to escape the bitter cold Winters. it boast a student population of 30,000 to 50,000!
